How does custom 3D printing work?
Custom 3D printing works in five simple steps: you upload a 3D model, get an instant quote, approve the price, we print and quality-check it, and it ships to your door with DHL Express in 1–3 days. You never need to speak to anyone unless you want to.
Step 1: Upload your model
Go to our custom print page and upload your 3D model. We accept the standard formats: STL, OBJ and 3MF. Designed it in Blender, Fusion 360 or Tinkercad? Downloaded a model from Printables or Thingiverse? All of them work.
Step 2: Get an instant quote
Within seconds you see the price and estimated print time based on the size of your model. There are no hidden fees — the quote is what you pay. Our pricing is transparent and based on five simple size tiers, explained on our pricing page.
Step 3: Choose your material
Before we print, you pick the material and finish:
- PLA — crisp detail, ideal for decorative prints
- PLA Silk — shiny, elegant finish
- PLA Matte — soft, modern look
- PETG — tougher and heat-resistant, for functional parts

Step 4: We print and quality-check
We slice your model with professional settings and print it on calibrated machines. Once finished, every print is checked for quality — support marks cleaned, details inspected — before it is packed.
Step 5: Fast delivery
Your print ships with DHL Express and usually arrives in 1–3 days anywhere in Europe. Whether it is a small keychain or a 30 cm dragon, the delivery experience matches the product.
